I am very happy to share that my calligraphy work, “鴉” (Raven), has been featured in the film Ravens (@ravens__movie_jp). Directed by Mark Gill (@mark_gill), the movie stars Golden Globe-winning actor Tadanobu Asano, who plays the legendary photographer Masahisa Fukase.
This is a special moment for me as a Japanese calligrapher and shodou artist. It is an honor to see my custom calligraphy become part of a film that explores Fukase’s life and art.
The movie is set to be released in Japan this March, and I can’t wait to see it!
