The Harvest festival or  called Zuiki Festival

Did you know that for centuries at the beginning of  October we celebrate  the Harvest Festival ? Here I have some pictures of the festival of this year  , as you can see from the photos ,the temple is decorated with lots of vegetables . Those vegetables represent the offering to the Gods. That is to ask for having a good harvest season . Inside of the shrine there are some small food shops and this create a great celebration atmosphere .
